to his role. He is responsible for overseeing operations, driving
strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of
projects within Qatar. With his strong focus on business
growth and operational excellence, Tom plays a pivotal role in
managing key relationships and maintaining the company’s
high standards of service in the region.

Yasser El Dessouky
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER- PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS, KUWAIT

Yasser El Dessouky, Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Public Sector
Projects in Kuwait, brings a wealth of experience in managing large-
scale government projects. His expertise in leading high-profile
initiatives ensures the seamless execution and delivery of critical public
sector ventures. He is currently overseeing major projects including
Bayan Palace, SJACC, Al Jawad Al Arabi, and the Amiri Terminal in
Kuwait.

Chris Kubica, Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Private Sector Projects,

across various industries. His expertise spans key private sector
projects, including the Al Hamra Tower, Scientific Center, Warba Bank,
IUK, Al Andalus, and KNG, along with other smaller ventures. Chris’s
strategic vision and leadership make him well-suited to oversee the
successful execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they
meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
